Hey there! At Level Best Billiards, we want to make sure you're absolutely thrilled with our service. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all the service work we do. Let me break it down for you:

We guarantee that your table will be perfectly leveled, including any settling issues.
✓ The seams on the slate will be nice and even.
✓ The cloth will be tight and in tip-top shape.
✓ And of course, this warranty covers all service work done by Level Best.

Now, I gotta be straight with you. Our warranty doesn't cover any wear and tear on your table. It only applies to the work performed by our awesome service department. Just want to keep it real!

Here's how the warranty works: For the first 12 months, all the stuff I mentioned earlier is totally covered, no questions asked. After that, there's a small trip charge, but any warranty work we do is still covered. Oh, and one more thing. If you or anyone else decides to move or tinker with the table, the warranty becomes null and void.
