Level Best Billiards provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty with all service work performed. Our main goal is to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied!
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover, and what are its conditions?
Our warranty covers the level of the table (including settling), even slate seams, tightness of the cloth, and all service work performed by Level Best Billiards. These items are covered absolutely free for a 12-month period. After 12 months, a small trip charge will apply, but any warranty work performed will still be covered. It's important to note that the warranty does not cover any wear and tear on the table. Furthermore, any and all warranties will be voided if the table is moved or worked on by anyone other than Level Best Billiards.
